We cannot deal with complaints about:
- matters already being handled by a court or tribunal
- parking enforcement – visit the Parking Enforcement Hub to pay or appeal fines, or request enforcement
- schools and school staff – read the school complaints process
What will happen next
We will review the information you provide and decide what action to take. We will respond within 15 working days once we have all the information we need.
