Making a comment, compliment or complaint about the services we provide or pay for.  You can do this for yourself or on behalf of someone else. 

Eligibility

We cannot deal with complaints about: 

  • matters that are already being handled by a court or tribunal, as these are part of the legal process
  • parking enforcement - the Parking Enforcement Hub provides information about paying or appealing fines and how to request enforcement in an area of concern.
  • complaints about schools and school staff - read the school complaints process.  

What will happen next

We will review what you’ve told us and decide the appropriate course of action.  

We will respond within 15 working days once we have all the information needed to begin our investigation.
