Making a comment, compliment or complaint about services we provide or fund. You can use this service for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
We cannot deal with complaints about:
- matters already being handled by a court or tribunal
- parking enforcement – visit the Parking Enforcement Hub for information about paying or appealing fines, or requesting enforcement
- schools and school staff – read the school complaints process
What will happen next
We will review the information you provide and decide what action to take. Once we have all the information we need, we will respond within 15 working days.
