Councillor complaints
Nottinghamshire County Councillors are required to follow the Council's code of conduct for councillors when acting as a councillor. The code forms part of the Council's Constitution.
If you believe that a councillor may have breached the terms of the code of conduct you can submit a complaint using the form and selecting 'Councillors' as the subject of your complaint.
You can also write to:
The Monitoring Officer
County Hall
West Bridgford
Nottingham
NG2 7QP.
Please note that the Council is only able to consider complaints relating to its own councillors. If you have a complaint regarding a district or parish councillor in their capacity as a district or parish councillor, your complaint should be directed towards the relevant district council.
If you have a complaint about a decision, action of the council or a service please visit our make a complaint page.
