How should I submit my request for a review?
If, having read these notes you wish to submit a request for a review, then you can print out the school travel review form, complete the relevant part and send it to:

Alternatively, the completed form may be emailed to ntsclientengagement@nottscc.gov.uk. If your review includes information of a sensitive nature please post it to the above address and mark the envelope "Review - Private and Confidential".
