How we can help with web content
Our content publishing guides are for council employees, partner organisations and external suppliers. They explain how to make online information accessible and easy for everyone to use.
For most web content, you should use our accessibility guides from the start. They show what “good” looks like and help you avoid common accessibility issues.

For council staff
If you are working on a complex digital project, content with accessibility issues, or with an external supplier, contact the Communications and Marketing team [council staff only].
You can also contact the team if you’re unsure what to do, want to check something, or need advice before publishing.
You can report a broken or outdated link using our website change request form [council staff only].
When reporting a broken link:
- include the web address (URL) of the page where you found it
- tell us if you do not manage the content, so we can contact the correct team
