Make a referral to a Family Hub Network

Early Help Services provided by Family Hub Networks help children, young people and their families get the right support at the right time, helping to address their needs before they escalate. 

Any agency can refer parents to be, or a family with a child under the age of 19, who live in Nottinghamshire, in need of early help. 

Self-referrals from families are also accepted. Parents and carers can complete the online enquiry form  or contact their local Family Hub directly for support. 

Referrals to Early Help Services including Family Hub Networks are supported by the Early Help Unit who provide information, advice and guidance for professionals and families. If Family Hub Networks are unable to meet the needs of the family, the Early Help Unit team will work with the referrer and partner organisations to identify alternative support e.g. a young person’s counselling service.

What will happen next

Once you have submitted the form, it will be sent to the appropriate team and you will be notified of the outcome within 10 working days.
