Accessible Communication Policy

Summary

The aim of the Accessible Communication Policy is to make sure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss get information that they can access and understand, and any communication support that they need. This is to ensure that they are not put at a substantial disadvantage in comparison with persons who are not disabled, when accessing NHS or adult social services.
