If your travel pass is lost or damaged, there is a fee of £10 to replace it. The easiest way to do this is by using one of the forms below.
You will need to login to your NCC account to complete the form. This is a short form which should only take a few minutes to complete.

What will happen next
Once you have submitted a payment, we aim to post your pass out within 10 working days.
