Pay for under 16 travel assistance
You will need to login to your NCC account. From here you can manage payments and make any changes. This is a short form which should only take a few minutes to complete.
Please wait to receive your application outcome email before you make a payment. The email will indicate if assistance has been granted and how much you are required to pay (if applicable).
- 1st instalment - upon receipt of offer letter
- 2nd instalment - 22nd December 2023
- 3rd instalment - 28th March 2024

Your offer email will include the student’s ID. It would be helpful if you could include this ID on this payment form
What will happen next
Once you have submitted a payment, we aim to post your pass out within 10 working days.
Please note that until you have received the pass, usual travel charges will apply.
