How to pay

Once you have submitted your initial application and received an offer, you can then make a payment online and a travel pass will be posted to you.

For renewals, your payment records will be updated and a new pass will posted to you.

Please note that until you have received the pass, usual travel charges will apply.

Travel pass options

A bus pass will not be issued until an instalment or full payment is made.

A Season pass can be paid in full £579 or in three instalments of £193.

  • 1st instalment - upon receipt of offer email
  • 2nd instalment -  21 December 2022
  • 3rd Instalment -  31 March 2023

Please note, the pass will expire at the end of each term, and usual travel charges will apply.

Half fare pass must be paid in full upon receipt of your offer.

Please wait to receive your application outcome before you make a payment. The email will indicate what assistance you have been awarded and how much you are required to pay.

Replacement passes

If your  travel pass is lost or damaged, there is a fee of £10 to replace it, and you can pay by completing this short form.
