At a time when we’re all feeling the strain of austerity in one way or another, finding the resources to make ends meet every month can be a challenge – and the worries associated with this can take their toll on our sense of well-being. So it’s worth taking a little time to reflect on your current situation, and consider if there is anything else that you could be doing to help make your money go further, and reduce financial pressures.

An independent charity, dedicated to providing free debt advice by phone and online to people across the UK.
