Summary

Short break services are an essential part of the overall support provided to unpaid carers and to people with care needs, to help to sustain the caring situation at home and to prevent crises. Nottinghamshire County Council will be providing planned short breaks in line with Care Act 2014 and the Care and Support (eligibility) Regulations 2014.
