Information Rights Policy
Summary
This policy sets out the statement of intent that Nottinghamshire County Council and its staff will follow with regard to the public’s information rights. For general public access this is often referred to by the name of the legislation, i.e. Freedom of Information and Environmental Information, and for personal information the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
