Early Years Plan 2014 - 2015

Summary

The Early Years Plan contributes to the Council's priority for 'Closing the Gap' and has been developed to help us to achieve our ambition to ensure that all young children and their families, including those with SEND, are able to reach their potential by having the best start in life through the provision of high quality, integrated early childhood services to prepare them for school.
