Infrastructure Funding Statement

Local authorities who receive contributions from development towards the provision of infrastructure are required to publish an annual ‘Infrastructure Funding Statement’ for each financial year, from 2019/20 onwards.

The County Council receives developer contributions secured through Section 106 planning obligations and is therefore required to produce a report on its income and expenditure.
