Report a new concern about a child
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please call 999 or report a crime on 101. If you have child protection concerns please call us on 0300 500 80 80 (if you are a member of the public) or 0300 500 80 90 (if you are a practitioner) to report them. Speaking with us helps ensure the right support is provided as quickly as possible.
Please note that from 6th July 2026, referrals to the MASH from practitioners about children must be made by phone, rather than using the online form or email address, which are being phased out. Referrals from members of the public and referrals about adults are unaffected.
