5 The sub-committee will be invited to resolve:

(a) That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting on the grounds that the sub-committee's remaining business involves the disclosure fo exempt information as defined in the Local Government (Access to Information)(Variation) Order 2006, and the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

(b) That, arising from the above, the appellant and any representative be invited to remain the meeting.
