Fix, Track and Road - a safer cycling activity.

This event offers 10 to 14 year-olds the opportunity to learn cycling skills both on a cycling track and on road.

Basic maintenance and caring for your bike are also included, as is laws for cyclists and anti-theft techniques.

The fully interactive day includes:

• off and on road cycle workshops
• track cycle workshop
• classroom based activities
• interaction with large vehicles session
• fix workshop.

The cost of the day is £8 and is open to all 10 to 14 year-olds across Nottinghamshire.

Refreshments available, packed lunch required.

You will need to bring a bike and helmet. Let us know if you need one provided.

All participants will receive a 'goody bag'.
