Smarter Working - Hybrid Working Strategy
The strategy outlines the Council’s vision, hybrid working principles, scope, and model. The Council’s hybrid working model focusses on three key elements, People, Buildings and Technology, working together underpinned by a strong, positive organisational culture that empowers employees and encourages managers to exercise discretion in determining how work is organised and delivered to improve outcomes for local people.
