The Nottinghamshire County Council (Normanton on Trent Footpath No.15 and Marnham Footpath No. 11) Modification Order 2025
The above Order made on 17th September 2025 under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the above Area by adding thereto the footpath commencing from a point SK 7737 6970 at the northern terminus with Weston Footpath No.1 and proceeding for a distance of 129 metres in a generally northerly direction to SK 7736 6983 to the Normanton on Trent/Marnham Parish boundary and then for a distance of 713 metres in a generally northerly direction to a point SK 7735 7054 at the junction with Marnham Road as described in the Order and shown on the Order map.
Any representations about or objections to the Order must be received by the Countryside Access Team not later than Thursday 6th November 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
