The above order was made on 8th May 2026, under section 118A of the Highway Act 1980. The order will extinguish a section of Burton Joyce Footpath No.6 across the railway at Chestnut Grove, Burton Joyce, Nottinghamshire. Please see the Order, Order Map, Statement of Reasons and Notice below.
