Lindhurst Bridleway No.2 Diversion Order 2026
The above Order, made on Wednesday 11th February 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the whole width of that part of the public right of way commencing from a point SK 5673 5692 (marked A on the order plan), and proceeding in a south-easterly and then north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 114 metres to a point SK 5683 5693 (marked B on the order plan), as shown on the displayed map to a route commencing from a point SK 5673 5692 at the junction with the south-western remainder of Lindhurst Bridleway No.2, (marked A on the order plan), and proceeding for a distance of approximately 112 metres in a north-easterly then east-south-easterly direction on a grass and earth surface to a
point, SK 5683 5693, (marked B on the order plan), the junction with the north-eastern remainder of Lindhurst Bridleway No.2, and with a width of 4 metres.
