Use this service if Nottinghamshire County Council has asked you to return unused Direct Payment money. This may be after an audit or when a Direct Payment has ended.

  • the debit card linked to your Direct Payment account
  • the letter or email from the Direct Payments Team
  • the reference number from that letter or email
  • the amount you need to return
