Historical Costume Spring Picnic 2022

Come along in your best historical dress (any era), for this relaxed and informal meet up of costume makers and enthusiasts. This event is open to the general public. All ages and levels of technical skill are welcome. The day will begin with an all-ages-welcome BYOB (Bring Your Own Basket) picnic on the grounds of Newstead Abbey, followed by an optional visit to the historic house, and photos and walks in the gardens. Purchase of a £2 "Site Entry Ticket" for walkers, or £6 "Parking Ticket" for cars is required by Newstead Abbey, and can be bought directly from them.
