Register to apply for holiday activity and food programme funding

If you are a provider of holiday clubs or school age childcare, and are interested in providing activities for the Nottinghamshire Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, you will need to complete an online application.

Applications for 2027/8 and 2028/9 will open in November 2026. This will cover the final two years of the HAF contract.

Applications for 2027/28 and 2028/29 open 2nd November 2026 at 9:00am and close 4th December 2026 at 12:00pm.

You will need

Before starting the application, you will be asked to create an online account with us, or to log in to your account if you already have one.

All providers must read the provider handbook on the application portal alongside the grant conditions before completing the application, taking note of the assessment framework (which all applications are measured against).

Providers may apply for an annual grant covering all holiday periods or for individual holiday periods. Holiday activities and food programme funding criteria 2026 to 2027 - GOV.UK

You will need the venue details and places required across the relevant holiday periods and are able to save progress and complete the application at a later stage.
