If you witness abuse or neglect don't ignore it, contact us as soon as possible. We may need to contact you about your concern and without these details we may not be able to progress. If you are concerned about anonymity then call us. Abuse can happen anywhere - in a residential or nursing home, a hospital, in the workplace, a day centre or educational establishment, in supported housing, in the street or the person's own home. *Due the current situation with Covid 19 and the high volume of enquiries’ the MASH are receiving we are only able to deal with referrals over the telephone that are of an urgent nature.

We ask for all other referrals to be made via our online form. These will be triaged the same working day.

Our aim is to do this by working in partnership with the citizens of Nottinghamshire, along with statutory and non-statutory agencies, to deliver a joined-up service to those adults at most risk of abuse and neglect, across the county.
