About this course
This course provides an opportunity to further explore the role of the SENDCo in an Early Years setting, looking in greater depth at a variety of themes and issues that arise when working with children identified as having SEND.

Further course information
Course aims: to explore in greater depth a variety of themes and issues that arise when working with children identified as having SEND.
Practitioners will gain a clearer understanding of:
- Safeguarding children with SEND
- The concerning Behaviours Pathway
- Graduated approach
- Education, Health and Care Plans
Practitioners will feel more confident in:
- Understanding inclusion within their setting
- Dealing with medical needs of early years children
- Supporting colleagues
- Creating their Local Offer
- Their partnership with parents
You must use the Eventbrite link to book a course. You cannot contact the course admin to book.
Make sure you have your manager's approval before booking on a course.
If you have booked a place but find you cannot make it, remember to cancel your place so others can attend.
Please remember to bring your Eventbrite ticket on the day.
If you fail to attend a course you have booked on without cancelling your place via your Eventbrite account no refund will be given.
