Feedback

We gather feedback on what we do in a variety of ways. We want to know what we are doing well and equally, understand what we can do better.

Our participation policy outlines how we use the information we gather from child and young people panels, constructive feedback from agencies, self-assessment forms and questionnaires from parents and carers. We believe it is important that children and their parents and carers have a voice and are provided with the opportunity to shape the service and interventions they receive.

If a child is in immediate danger or at risk of harm, please do not use these links to report it. Make an urgent safeguarding referral to the multi-agency safeguarding hub (MASH).
