Make a HPAS referral as a professional

Use this service to refer someone for support through HPAS.

This service is for

Healthcare and social care professionals to refer people needing care or support to the HPAS service. 

You will need

As well as providing your own details we will also need the person's: 

  • name, address, contact information and date of birth 

  • property ownership details 

  • details of the required work 

  • third party contact information if you or the person cannot arrange access with the tradesperson. 

 

What will happen next

The referral will be reviewed in office hours and allocated to a tradesperson.  

Please be aware that if any information is missing or incorrect, the referral will be returned, and you will be required to resubmit it. This will cause a delay in the processing of your request. 

We aim to allocate the job and complete as follows: 

  • Standard: The trader will aim to complete the work in five working days. They will also aim to contact you within the first two days of this timescale.  

  • Hospital discharge: The trader aims to finish the work within two working days. They will also try to contact you during the first working day of this timescale.
