Working group for Home Based Care Services

Do you have experience of using home care services that needed to be arranged very quickly, either for yourself or for someone you care for?

These services are usually needed following a discharge from hospital or when circumstances at home change quickly. We are looking for people to help us review how well such “rapid response” services are working now and what we might need to do to make them even better after our current contract ends in November 2021.

We are looking for a small number of people with experience of the above to form a working group. Group members will need to commit to regular meetings using Microsoft Teams.
