Giving notice of a marriage or civil partnership and the registration of births and deaths is by appointment only, which can be made through our Customer Service Centre on 0300 500 80 80.

Opening times

Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm

Copy Certificates

Online applications can be made here.

Postal applications should be sent to Registration Records, Mansfield Registration Office, 100 Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, NG19 7DN.

Telephone applications can be made by contacting our Customer Service Centre on 0300 500 80 80.

Certificate applications via our Priority Service (postage or collection within 24 hours) must be received before 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Email enquiries about certificate issues should be sent to registration.records@nottscc.gov.uk.
