Lost property at bus stations in Nottinghamshire

Items left at a bus station

Newark, Retford, Sutton or Mansfield

If you've left something behind at Newark, Retford or Sutton bus station it could have been handed in to the bus station office.

At Mansfield Bus Station it could have been handed in to the Travel Information centre in the bus station concourse.

Please email: enquiries@nottscc.gov.uk including a description of the item and we'll check and email you back to let you know if we have it or not.

Sutton Bus Station

Unfortunately, as there are no staff working at Sutton Bus Station, there is no lost property collection.

If you've left something behind at the bus station and it's not where you left it you could try contacting the local police on telephone: 101 to see if the item has been handed in to them.

Items left on a bus

If you've left something behind on a bus, it may be at the bus operator's lost property office (normally at the end of the day).

If you know which bus you left it on, contact the operator of that bus service and they will be able to check for you.

If you're unsure who the operator is, search for the service number using our bus timetable search and that will tell you who the operator is. You can then find the contact details for the bus operators.

Not sure where you left your items?

If you're unsure whether you left your item on a bus or at the bus station, you'll need to check with both the bus operator and the bus station.

To contact the bus station, please email: enquiries@nottscc.gov.uk including a description of the item and we'll check and email you back to let you know if we have it or not.

You'll also need to contact the bus operator of the service you travelled on.

If you could have left your items elsewhere, try contacting the local police by phoning 101 to see if the item has been handed in to them.
