The Nottinghamshire County Council (West Bridgford Footpath No.6 and No.9 and Bridleway Nos. 68-71) Modification Order 2025
The above Order came into force on the 17th of September 2025, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or on the grounds of any requirement of the Act or of any regulations made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the 7th of October 2025 make an application to the High Court.
