The Nottinghamshire County Council (Marnham Footpath No.10) Modification Order 2025
The above Order made on the 17th September 2025 under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the above Area by adding thereto the footpath commencing from a point SK 7736 7054 at the junction with Marnham Road and proceeding for a distance of approximately 381 metres in a generally northerly direction to SK 7737 7092 and then for a distance of approximately 16 metres in a generally westerly direction to a point SK 7735 7092 and then for a distance of approximately 434 metres in a generally northerly direction to a point SK 7728 7136 at the junction with Fledborough Footpaths No.1 and No.22 as described in the Order and shown on the order map.
Any representations about or objections to the Order must be received by the Countryside Access Team not later than Thursday 6th November 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
