Concurrent Definitive Map Modification Order and Public Path Diversion Order.
The Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) made on 29th of May 2026 under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the Mansfield District by adding thereto a footpath at Pleasley in the District of Mansfield. The DMMO consultation period ends on the 29th July 2026.
The Public Path Diversion Order (PPO), made on 29 May 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a small section of Mansfield Footpath No. 56 commencing from Point V, SK 5098 6404 to Point Z, SK 5097 6405. Running for a distance of approximately 24 metres on a grass and earth surface with a width of 2 metres as shown on the Order map. The PPO consultation period ends on the 15th of July 2026.
