The Nottinghamshire County Council (East Leake Footpath No. 1) Diversion Order 2026
The above Order, made on 8th April 2026, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public right of way commencing from a point, SK 5592 2574 and proceeding for a distance of approximately 150 metres in a easterly direction over a concrete surface on a tarmac road to point C; then continuing for a further 10 metres to northerly direction then easterly direction and then southerly direction to point SK 5641 2517, where it meets the original footpath at bottom of Manor Farm field. The width of the footpath shall be 1.5 metres throughout its entire length, as shown on the displayed Map.
Any representations about or objections to the Order must be received by the Countryside Access Team not later than 7th May 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
