The Nottinghamshire County Council (Orston Footpath No.16) Diversion Order 2026
The above Order, made on 15th April 2026, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of the public right of way at The Row, Lombard Street, Orston starting from grid reference SK 7686 4079 and running in a generally north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 23 metres passing directly in front of Vale Cottage then continuing in a south south-westerly direction for approximately 9 metres to grid reference SK 7685 4080, to a line starting from grid reference SK 7686 4079 and proceeding for a distance of approximately 25 metres in a generally west north-westerly direction to grid reference SK 7685 4080. The width of the footpath shall be 2 metres throughout its entire length.
Any representations about or objections to the Order must be received by the Countryside Access Team at the address given below not later than 14th May 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
