Use this form to submit and pay for a Common Land, Town or Village Green search request in order to answer questions 22.1, 22.2 and 22.3 of the CON29 form.
Our fees for Public Rights of Way, Common Land, Town and Village Green Land search requests have changes from April 2020 due to inflation. New CON29 charges:
- Public Rights of Way - £18.00 + VAT* (£21.60 including VAT)
- Common and Greens - £33.00 + VAT* (£39.60 including VAT)
*for search areas in excess of 2 square km please contact us for a quotation.
- Registered Document - £18.00 + VAT (£21.60 including VAT)
Where individual invoices are requested an additional £7.00 + VAT will be charged to cover administration costs.
This service is for
CON29 search requests enable members of the public, land owners, solicitors and developers to find out if any Common Land, Town or Village Green affect their property.
You will need
- the full address of the property/location
- an Ordnance Survey plan for your search area
- a reference number
- your credit/debit card for payment.
What will happen next
