New applications -A link to part two of the application will be sent to the nominated parent/guardian so they can complete the parent section of the application form.
Once both sections of the application have been completed it will be reviewed by the Children in Entertainment, Employment and Chaperone Team who will get in touch if they require additional information.
Renewal application- The application will be reviewed by the Children in Entertainment, Employment and Chaperone Team who will get in touch if they require additional information.
