We have become aware of issues affecting online forms provided by our form provider, Granicus.

This is the direct result of a much wider issue surrounding PHP security updates, affecting many sites globally. Granicus are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this disruption.

There are no known cyber security incidents or data-breeches related to this work and all other services continue to operate as normal.
