Long Eaton Carnival
Long Eaton Community Carnival was set up in 1931 for the local community to enjoy. The carnival takes place every year usually on the third Saturday of June. It comprises of a Road Parade around the town, followed by many different displays, events, stalls, and a music marque - all on West Park. The Road Parade sets off at 11am from the event field at West Park and arrives back on the carnival site approximately after 1.30pm. This is when you can enjoy all there is on offer at the carnival site. The best bit is that Long Eaton Carnival is a FREE event for all the family to enjoy. Fundraising takes place throughout the year, with car boots every month from April to October; JustGiving page; bucket and chalice collections along the parade route; and now even a card machine reader!
