If you’re interested in purchasing new optics, like binoculars, for observing nature, or upgrading your current device, Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre is hosting an Optics Demonstration Weekend this Saturday and Sunday (6-7 November) from 10am-3pm. You can get expert advice and a wide range of products to sample, purchase and take away. You can event try them out on a Beginners Birdwatching Walk (Saturday only) from 10am-11.30am. No booking needed.
