Spring Bird Explorer Walk

Saturday 11 May 2019 8am to 11am Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre £7.50 (concessionary: £6.00 for RSPB Members)

Join us on a leisurely stroll as we look and listen for spring birds at Sherwood Forest. Our friendly guide will point out all of the resident birds of the forest, as well as some of our more unusual annual visitors. We’ll also take in part of Budby South Forest Nature Reserve- the largest remaining area of dry lowland heath in the county! The walk will last approximately 3 hours, please wear layers and suitable footwear, and bring binoculars if you have them. Unfortunately this event is not suitable for wheelchair users. Due to the sensitivity of wildlife, we ask that you don’t bring along dogs.
