Playtime with Miss Rachel
A 45-minute interactive session of musical fun, puppets and magic for little ones.
Join Miss Rachel in Abbey Kitchen for 45 minutes of imagination and play. These sessions include a lively mix of play, singing, puppet friends, and favourite nursery rhymes. While tailored for children aged 1-to 5-years-old, older children are more than welcome to join the fun.

Storytime with Belle

Easter Crafts with the Forest Fae
Head to the amphitheatre to take part in some magical dragon-themed crafts, perfect for accompanying the Easter Realm of Dragons Trail!
You can also make your own fae wishes with the Forest Fae to take a piece of the magic home with you.

Realm of Dragons Easter Trail
Explore the realm on the Major Oak trail and complete the tasks and activities along your way. Keep your eyes peeled for hidden messages and the beasts that lurk within! On your return to the Visitor Centre with your completed handbook you can claim your deserved reward.

Woodpecker Walk
Join a volunteer expert on a guided walk designed to reveal more about these iconic birds in Robin Hood’s forest.
With the UK’s three native woodpecker species – great spotted, lesser spotted and green – all resident in the forest Sherwood resounds to their unmistakable drumming throughout the winter and spring months.
