About this course
Synergy online information sessions – new provider portal for funded providers
NCC are in the process of moving over from Capita to Synergy in some of their Children’s Services IT systems. If you are a PVI provider who did not attend one of the previous sessions prior to ‘go live’ in February, or if you wish to attend again as a refresher, book onto one our online sessions on Wednesday 22nd March to see a guided tour of the new Provider Access Module.
We will concentrate on what providers need to do to complete their summer term headcount task, which will be open by that date.
