About this course
This course is for those who are new to role of manager (or deputy manager) and those who are experienced managers in early years settings. It will provide the opportunity for reflection on your role and to network with other managers in your locality.
The course consists of 2 training sessions, and the option to request a follow up setting visit from an Early Years Quality Improvement Advisor to support you with your action plan.
The 2 training sessions are:
Session 1 – What makes a good manager?
Session 2 – Reflecting, Monitoring and Evaluating
When booking this training course, please ensure that you are able to attend both dates. You will receive a certificate after completing both sessions.

You must use the Eventbrite link to book a course. You cannot contact the course admin to book.
Make sure you have your manager's approval before booking on a course.
If you have booked a place but find you cannot make it, remember to cancel your place so others can attend.
Please remember to bring your Eventbrite ticket on the day.
If you fail to attend a course you have booked on without cancelling your place via your Eventbrite account no refund will be given.
To view or change your booking in any way (such as cancelling your place) you must setup an Eventbrite account.
