Nominations for the Proud to Care Awards 2026 are now open

The Proud to Care Awards celebrate the people and teams who make adult social care in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire exceptional. At the heart of these awards is a strong commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

We recognise and value the diverse backgrounds, experiences and identities of the workforce and the people who draw on care and support. We believe that high-quality care is rooted in fairness, respect and belonging, and that inclusive practice leads to better outcomes for individuals, families, communities and staff alike.

All award categories reflect our commitment to person-centred, compassionate and inclusive care. Nominations are encouraged from across the sector and will be considered through an equity lens that recognises individual journeys, removes barriers, and celebrates the positive difference made when everyone is supported to thrive.
