Our Voice Strategy
Our plan to strengthen and grow co-production across Nottinghamshire
The Our Voice Strategy [Word] explains how we will continue to improve co-production across the Adult Social Care Department at Nottinghamshire County Council.
It has been written and developed with the Our Voice Strategic Co-Production Group who are members of the public with lived experience of drawing on Adult Social Care services either for themselves or for family members.
We are focusing on:
- listening to what matters most to people in their neighbourhoods
- providing opportunities for members of the public and staff to develop their skills and knowledge so they can co-produce together
- improving communication so more people can get involved and see the difference co-production can make.
