Payment

Send a cheque/postal order for the appropriate amount made payable to 'Superintendent Registrar'. To cover postage of your certificate(s) please include a stamped self-addressed envelope or add the relevant amount to your cheque/postal order.

If applying for more than one certificate it is advisable to send a separate cheque/postal order for each one in case it is not possible to issue all the certificates requested. Only one lot of postage is required for multiple applications.
