About this course

On this course, you will learn the second level in Usui Reiki - a traditional Japanese Reiki that is accessible to all age groups.  To participate on this course, you must have completed and be attunded to Reiki Level 1 - Shoden.


During this course, we will cover:

- Symbol number 1 and the first Mantra

- Symbol number 2 and the second Mantra

- Symbol Number 3 and the third Mantra

- Distance practices and variation or Reiki techniques

- Meditation and mindfulness within Reiki

- Pair work Reiki techniques and Mudras


Please dress in loose comfortable clothing.

Learners may wish to bring a blanket or jumper as temperature may drop during meditation.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
