Tackling climate change is one of the major challenges for the modern world. In 2021 the UK Government released the Net Zero Strategy, outlining the policies and proposals to meet the UK target of reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Nottinghamshire County Council approved its Corporate Environment Policy Statement and Corporate Environment Strategy in March 2020.
